Kurkure is a manufacturer of corn flips, a subsidiary of Pepsico India. "Kurkure" is the Indian word for crispy. Since the snack was first launched in 1999, it has expanded to include several flavours with outlandish names: masala munch, green chutney, chilli chatka, tamatar hydrabadi style, Xtreme Electric Nimbu, Xtreme Risky Chilli.
Ingredients: Rice flour, vegetable fat, corn flour, pea flour, spices (chilli, onion, garlic, ginger, black pepper, turmeric, fenugreek), salt, sugar, black salt, tomato powder, tartaric acid, dextrose, milk solids, citric acid.
